I've known Charlie since he was born. He is one of the most sincerest kids I've ever known. He's also an AMAZING dancer. He needed some heads shots for his school program and I was happy to snap a couple of pictures for him. Who is ready for summer? I know I am! Enjoy!

Salt Lake City Portrait Photographer: Miss A Is a senior!
Senior sessions are so fun because you can feel the excitement from these kids about to graduate. It makes me feel nostalgic about when I was about to graduate and wondering what the future would bring. (And what is still to come!) I love this time of year! Summer is right around the corner. Enjoy!

Beautiful portrait session in my little studio. Mom wanted snuggly black and white portraits. Here are just a few of my favorites! Enjoy!

Salt Lake City Photographer: L + K = Engaged!
I'm SO happy to announce that Utah now recognizes marriage for all. LOVE=LOVE I'm a big fan of love and I couldn't be happier for all my friends who are about to tie the knot. I don't usually say yes when people ask me if I do wedding photography, but for these friends I made an exception. I've known Lala for quite a few years now, and I'm over the moon excited for her to be getting married to her love, Kylee. Every time we all hang out my side always hurts from laughing so hard. They are a perfect couple and I see them having a long and happy marriage together. We shot these photos just minutes away from where I live. It was the perfect day with blue skies and just a touch of snow starting to fall. *Wedding photos coming soon!
Enjoy!

Salt Lake City Photographer: Fuji Instax Camera!
My new favorite camera to bring along to my sessions is my Fuji Instax camera! Everyone had one when we lived in South Korea and my husband surprised me with my very own for my Birthday this year! :) This is a great gift to give to families after a session so they don't leave empty handed. Plus the kids think it's so cool to see the photo develop. Sometimes I use it as a way for kids who are starting to lose focus, it totally works! I'm SO happy that instant film is back!

Photo Fun Day Again!
Nearly a year later and I'm posting a really fun night I had with my very talented photography friends. (Yikes a year!!??) We all were feeling like it was time to take a break from family portraits and have some fun hanging out taking portraits of each other. We share tips and try out new props. It's always a good time doing a fun photo shoot with friends.
